Ryan Musinshi, the sales representative was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.

And 11:30 appointment for an oil change always takes at least 2 hours. Not sure of the point of a schedule when it is never honored.

This is the second time I'm bringing in my car for the same code. Apparently, now they say its the filler neck that is faulty. The car is still not fixed. I was told they ordered the part and it would be in on Monday. Throughout this ordeal I was treated so kindly. But it's 12:30pm Monday and no phone call yet that the part is in. Hopefully soon.

I dread the idea of buying a new vehicle and dealing with sales people. But I have to say , this experience and the team that helped me was great! Ashley, Benny and Kathy. Thank you for being so pleasant and thorough.

Your staff was extremely well mannered and professional. The purchase was being made with my young daughter who was being mistreated and pushed around at other dealerships into making an immediate commitment. There was no foul play with the financing, or the ability to get an estimate for payment without jumping thru hoops and playing games for her to commit before getting numbers. She had a terrible experience at a Kia dealership the same evening, and I didn't think she would even want to go to another dealership. Our salesman was excellent, as well as the sales manager, Jeffrey. Great job Atlantic Chevy !
