I dropped off my vehicle the night before, and it was ready the next day around midday all fixed and ready to drive

The waiting process to bring my car in for service is way too long. I waited about two months before I was able to bring my car in. What was able to save the lax attitude of waiting for such a long time was the professionalism of Abraham. He was able to take down all my issues and address them specifically. And was able to help me come to a final decision on what I needed to fix and was able to help make sure that some of the issues were covered so I didn’t have to come out of pocket.

As always, from the moment I pulled up in my Chevy equinox until I drove away, the service and hospitality was great. I had my 1 year old son with me, however everyone was patient and engaging. It’s a long ride from Brooklyn, but always worth it.
